First Visit and Appointment
Booking: New patients can book their first appointment online or via the mobile app (under process), where they can select their preferred treatment, time, and doctor. A reminder notification will be sent before the appointment.
Pre-Consultation: Patients are encouraged to complete a medical history form and provide details of any concerns to assist with the consultation and clinical assessment.
Consultation Process
Initial Consultation: During the first consultation, the doctor or nurse will assess the patient’s skin or treatment area, discuss their goals, and provide personalised recommendations.
Treatment Plan: A customised treatment plan is created based on the patient’s aesthetic goals, which may include timelines, multiple sessions, or combinations of procedures.
Pricing Transparency: Patients will receive a detailed cost breakdown of their treatment plan during the consultation, ensuring full transparency before any procedure begins.
Travelling Patients
Virtual Consultation: Travelling patients or those coming from out of town can schedule a virtual consultation to discuss their needs before making the trip.
Appointment Coordination: Special arrangements can be made for out-of-town patients to streamline their visits, combining consultations and treatments into a single trip where possible.
Post-Treatment Care: Travelling patients will receive thorough post-treatment care instructions and can have follow-up consultations virtually to monitor results.
Membership Plans
Membership plans are also available on request which will allow you to pay weekly to cover the cost of the treatment.
